Phase 1 — Frame

Establish the diagnosis and trajectory.

The framing phase lays the foundations for the entire engagement. We build a shared understanding of the context, objectives and constraints — the rigour of Plan determines the quality of all subsequent phases.

A successful engagement is one that no longer needs us. The Keep phase transfers mastery to the client: industrialisation of processes, upskilling of internal teams, and implementation of a continuous improvement cycle.
